1. I'm thankful for my best friend whom I'll see again on Thanksgiving morning.

2. For my husband for taking a few days off to spend at home with the family.

3. For seeing my whole family on Thursday.

My big 30

Last week, October 31 (yes, Halloween), we celebrated my 30th birthday. Redbeard took the day off work and we were very busy that day. He took us out for breakfast first and went to visit his co-workers to show off Sierra in her costume.

We then traveled across the state to see my best friend. We had lunch together and we spent a few hours with her and her youngest kid. From there it was a short drive to my grandfather's where my 3 aunts and uncle joined us for my birthday and Halloween celebration. They made my favorites for dinner and we took Sierra out trick or treating. She lasted only about 3 or 4 blocks before she started getting tired and chilly. She still doesn't really understand yet and she might have been a little scared - she was reluctant to go up to doors and she can't say trick or treat yet on command. We stayed the night there and traveled back home the next day, stopping at my great aunts for lunch.

Just leave me alone

Redbeard keeps on asking me to do something for myself - I told him I never do anything for myself. People who read asshole - well I'm doing something for myself, I'm no longer talking to "the HO" for the rest of my life, she had something to do with the asshole story.

So I sent a nice e-mail to her all about it, and it took her 3 days to write me back. She thinks she had nothing to do with him and I! We all know she did. I'm stick of her shit and her using me to get to guys.

I blocked her e-mail address, her phone numbers and myspace to. I feel so much better and Redbeard and I do not fight as much anymore and I feel so much better and this is what I did for myself.

She keeps on texting me and saying things like I'm sorry and trying to have me be her friend so she can use me again.

I'm so done with her, she is not a friend people want to know. When you meet her she acts all nice but it does not last long. So if people have a friend in your life that uses you, do not stay friends with them. I should know.

An asshole

I was friends with db for like 3 months or so. We had lots of fun. He was a great guy, I knew this guy from high school.

He had his mom over last week and he thinks I told his mom about us and if I did I said we were just friends. We were all good last weekend and now it's all over.

So today he keeps on texting me mean things about me... saying I'm a messy person and I'm not a clean person. I told him I have a toddler and its hard to keep a place clean, she like so to make big messes so I clean once in the morning and once after she falls sleep at night. If I'm lucky I maybe able to clean in the afternoon.

So that's my story. I'm done with assholes and mean people in my life.

We were at my friends place all day on Thursday. This is Sierra with her friend thats 10 days older than sierra. They been friends from the day they were born.

Sierra is real good with people and kids, she knows how to share and play good with kids all ages. She may not say a lot but she but thats ok. She is what she likes to say right now, puppy, up and drown, door and car.

What I do for fun

I have made 3 hats in 2 weeks. That's the only thing that Sierra lets me do and it gives me something to do when she is sleeping.

I think of people who I can make a hat for!!!! I made one for a girlfriend, and I made one for a guy friend and I also made one for someone that I work with, that I've just finished. I try to use a lot of different colors and yarn types and will knit 2 or 3 different kinds of yarn together, creating stripes like the one Sierra is wearing in the photo.

I cannot do anything else I like when she is not in bed.
So this is for anyone that likes doing crafts!!

No more shit

I'm no longer friends with MS, I really thought she has changed. One day when I was working, she texted me and Redbeard told her I was working, but he talked to her. By the way she has this thing that every time you ask her something, she always has to ask why. So Redbeard asked her something and after that she needed to know why - he then asked why do you always have to ask why since supposedly we're her friends. Then they get in a very messy fight where she got really nasty and offended me - he saved and showed me the texts.

So I'm giving up on her for good. I know she will always be the same. I have done so much for her in the last 7 years, and even Redbeard was starting to like her. Every time she came over with her son he took her home and made dinner with them. So I no longer have her on Facebook and Myspace.

I'm doing so much better without her, I told her to stop texting me and last weekend she text me again. She does not act her age, but that will never happen.

Best friends for life

That is my best friend Erin, I met her for the first time today in 10 years since I last saw her in high school. We were best friends for almost 20 years. We have everything in common. You name it - we have it in common. We even lived close to each other when we were kids, and we liked each other's brothers too. We only had one hour together today but we got to see each other's photos. We are only 3 years apart in age.

I was always thinking of her, I kept on looking for her on Facebook but in time she came to find me on Facebook. We talk everyday on myspace. She now lives about 2 hours away.

I'm happy we are good friends again and nothing has changed, and I really like that. It's nice to have a friend that is nice to me and does not fight with me all the time.

Will sierra says apple all the time. Every time she sees something round or red she always says apple its real cute. I think she found the word apple from the Wiggles, I have that apple one saved for her to which everyday, So that is what is new with Sierra right now.
Most kids get into like a show or move, not my kid shes into apples right now she even eats them to.

One year ago, my dad married a very lovely woman.

Tonight, we celebrated their anniversary with a giant shindig, here are some pictures... He really knows how to throw a party.

The girls, part 2

SM picked me up last night and we went to her sister's party. She was selling beauty products for your skin, your face, everything. We soaked our feet in some hot water with salts for about 20 minutes while the ladies were explaining the products to us. I put some cream on my hands and it made them really soft and smelled like tangerines. I was out for about 3 1/2 hours and I had a lot of fun and met some new people. It was well worth the wait, SM is a really nice person.

I got to have girls out night tonight, With someone I work with. SM is very nice and she wants to be friends out of work so that is really nice. You have to be careful who you talk to at work, because some people will go round and tell everyone and before you know it the hole store knows it , that is why i like SM she is not like that. Its going to be nice to got away from Redbeard for a few hours.
I have not a day to myself in 3ms, the last time was in may when i was at my moms. I think we both need a few hours part.

10 years later

In high school, I met this guy named Darryl from another friend. We hung out briefly in school, but not really. For the last 10 years since high school, I forgot all about him. Until now. Through the wonders of MySpace, I found him and we reconnected. We got to talking and as it turns out, his brother is my manager at the store, the one who replaced June as you recall from an earlier post.

Also recently I've reconnected with Erin, whom I've known since I was small and growing up since she lived around the corner from me. She found me on Facebook and we talk back and forth all day every day since she's a stay at home mom too. It's like having a sister back, we were pretty close back in the day. We tell each other secrets and other sisterly things (since I've never had a real sister).

After losing my other loser bitch friend L that I posted about a couple weeks ago, who doesn't care about anyone but herself, it's good to know I still have good friends out there who I know won't screw me over and make me feel like crap.

Also, an update on M whom I mentioned in an earlier blog. She's made a big turnaround and is doing well. She stopped the lying, she doesn't seem as unstable and she's actually starting to be a good friend. Even Redbeard likes the changes she's made. She's a lot better friend than L is now, and I'm really happy about that.

Tie - my dad's house and my mom's house. Both their homes feel like a getaway bed and breakfast.

My husband Redbeard, my best guy friend Allan, and my dad. Redbeard saved me from a terrible relationship and helped me with my disability. My father never gave up on me and is always there for me to talk to, even at 3 in the morning like when I called from the hospital after having Sierra. Al because he's the only guy friend besides Redbeard that I can count on and likes me for and has never taken advantage of me.

5. What is your dream job?

I have two- masseuse/massage therapist or child care. I like helping people relax and everyone tells me how good my backrubs are, and I love children of all ages and feel like a child at heart.

The Many Names of The Girl

Ever since I was young, I've had several nicknames given to me by my family.

My birthday is on October 31. Yes, Halloween. So I've always been my dad's little pumpkin and my mom's little witch.

As you already know, my name is Jess. But my brothers and my dad have made many corruptions of that name.

First it started as Jen. Then Jenny-freeze and Jen-Jen.

Spending most of my time with the guys after my mom left, I was just one of the guys. They started calling me Jeffrey, or Jeff.

Obviously you know I get called The Girl by them too. Other wacky ones have been Cole Slaw, The Man, Jennipers, and Flossy.

Feeling a lot better

I'm doing so much better now, we all are feeling and doing better. Thank you for all of your help. There is not much to say this time around.
All Sierra and I do is play outside with her friends for a few hours a day, if it's not raining outside. Sierra does real well with the 3 kids, their ages are 6,4, and 4 years old. Sierra gets along very well with them. I talk to the 6 year old's mom so it gives both of us something to do while the kids play. We play behind the B building. There is a sandbox, bubbles, bikes, things like that. We play from 10-12 every day. After we get back inside, she gets a bath and clean clothes, and a nice lunch. Then later she will take a nap for like in hour or so. Once a week my friend comes over with her 4 year old boy, Sierra and him get along real well, a lot better than my ex-friend's little girl. When she comes over I do something real nice for her, so we are doing cookies this week. Papa (my dad) also comes over once a week to visit Sierra, they love seeing each other. So that's what Sierra and I do all week long when Redbeard is working. Bye.

A "Claire" Mind

First I want to give this to Claire:



Second, I want to get this off my chest.

I have this friend I've known for 12 years. We each have a baby girl who are only 10 days apart from each other in age. We have been through a lot, both good and bad. We both did Facebook, but she is no longer is on it, she had me delete her off Facebook.

Well, we found this guy we both knew in high school, so she kept on trying to talk to him. He decided to tell me that he wanted her to stop writing him, as this guy and her starting talking before I did. He deleted her from her friend and he told me he wanted nothing to do with her, because he thought she was trying to hook up with him and he has a girfriend. So I told her what we talked about all throughout the day.

That night I got a very nasty e-mail from her..... telling me that I'm no good and why is Steve married to me because I'm hiding things from him.

She thinks she is better from everyone else- even though she use to mess around with other guys when she was married years ago and also now that she's with another guy for 6 years. She is also a big liar.

This is not the first time we got in a big fight. The first fight we had had to do with Redbeard and her. Before we were married, he left me for her for 6 weeks. Later, Redbeard and I got back together, and I forgive both of them.

#2 - We got in a fight over this guy that she used to be friends with. I do not remember to much about it, but she was fooling around with guys again. He stopped talking to her too as he got engaged and didn't want anything to do with her again either.

So this is our third and final fight. We are no longer friends now, I'm never going to talk to her again. I will be a lot happier without her, I know I'm a lot better person than she is. She hates me and I did nothing wrong.

So sometime today she texted me and says "ur stupid cause any man that loves his wife wouldn't let her fuck other men." I'm a very good loyal wife and mother - so she come say whatever she wants about me but when you talk about someone's family that's crossing the line.

So thank you bloggers for listening to me. This really helps.

Being A Stay At Home Mom

When Sierra was first born, 9 pounds, 2 ounces, 21 inches long.

Papa sleeping with Sierra, the night my dad watched Sierra for us, because Redbeard had to take me to the ER. This is what we saw when we came home that night.

Well I wanted to tell people how much fun I'm having being a stay at home mom. I think I'm doing a great job so far. She goes to bed real well and sleeps all night, she loves people, she listens real well. She is good about 75% of the time. I think this is the best job in the world, I think was born to be a mom. So have a nice week everyone.

Part 2 Of Camping

Sierra could not wait to go, she wanted to drive for daddy.

We had a great time, it want by so fast. We had very nice weather, it only rained one day for only in hour. Sierra had lots of fun, it was fun seeing her running round and also loving the water. One night she had a sleepover with her auntie Catherine, she had a great time, as Steve and I want to out and visit it my aunt, it was fun staying out later. It was very :( sad picking up and going home, Sierra was very happy to be home.
